Fourth Best on Dublin Digital Radio begins TODAY AT 6PM

When I first launched this website, and still to this day, it said "all going well, there'll be a radio show some time this year" right by the top of the About page. I have always believed the best way to share new music is live and on the air, and I have an almost religious belief that I should never in my life be a podcast host. Well, I finally got what I wanted - a little slot in the DDR studio where I can do gig reviews, new release coverage, shoot the shit with the audience and just get real into Irish music for one hour every four weeks.

In less than three hours, at 6PM Dublin time, I go live for the first time. While I have probably hundreds of college radio time under my belt, this'll be my first time back on air in almost a decade. Expect it to be a bit janky - I've been in the studio exactly once before. But hopefully expect it to be fun.

If you're a musician and you've been frustrated with how infrequently I post about anything on this site, this show will be the main way I make my way through promos and share new music I'm excited about, so please get at music@fourth.best if you have new releases to share.
